Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of purchase and we will send you an email to confirm the the dispatch, as well as the tracking number for your parcel.

Your order can be tracked at 17 Track after 24-72 hours of receiving the dispatch confirmation email.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email.  After your order has been dispatched you will receive another email to confirm the dispatch as well as the tracking number so that you are able to keep an eye on the progress of your delivery.  

Please allow 24- 72 hours for the tracking information to show on 17 Track's website.

THE TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

We know how important your order is! Awesome Defined provides our customers with tracked deliveries as standard. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check with anyone else living in your house as well as your neighbours, in case another home received it when you were out. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office if, for example, you live in student accommodation.
